Federal Heights, Colorado

Overview:

Federal Heights is located just north of Denver in western Adams County. The city encompasses 1.8 square miles and is named for its Federal Boulevard location.

Attractions:

One of Federal Heights's most popular attractions is Water World, one of America's largest water parks. Federal Heights Day is packed with activities, such as a pancake breakfast, parade and "Fun Zone," with tons of activities for the kids. Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District was the first of its kind in Colorado and offers parks, sports fields and a golf course for all ages.

Homes in Federal Heights range from affordable mobile and modular homes to newer construction. Commercial real estate in Federal Heights is somewhat limited due to the size of the city, but retail, office, and light industrial are available.
